10 Best Non-Alcoholic IPAs

I will be eight months sober this week. I’m determined to make it to one year sober, and I can’t help but thank non-alcoholic beers for all of my success thus far. Truthfully, I really don’t think I would have been able to make it to eight months without the help of all the non-alcoholic IPAs on this list.

While I do really like all of the non-alcoholic IPAs below, my one true love is Athletic Brewing Co. Run Wild IPA. I think it’s one of the first non-alcoholic craft beers that I ever tried and it was love at first sip. I now have an Athletic Brewing Co. membership and receive multiple 12-packs every month with different NA beers from the company. Obviously, I always have Run Wild in the mix.

If you’re not a fan of alcoholic IPAs, you’re definitely not going to enjoy any of the non-alcoholic drinks below. Also, it’s important to note that although most of the non-alcoholic drinks say that they don’t contain alcohol, many of them actually do contain less than 0.5% alcohol. Personally, I don’t really consider that an “alcoholic drink,” but other sober folks might. If you are pregnant, it’s important to consult with your doctor before consuming any amount of alcohol.

And with that, below you will find the best non-alcoholic IPAs on the market. Whether you are completely sober or enjoy drinking beer and want to add some non-alcoholic picks into your weekly drinking rotation, these NA beers will absolutely satisfy a craving.

10 Best Non-Alcoholic IPAs

Athletic Brewing Company Run Wild IPA | 10 Best Non-Alcoholic IPAs

Athletic Brewing Co. Run Wild

To me, this award winning pick is the crème de la crème of non-alcoholic beers. The Athletic Brewing Co. Run Wild IPA is definitely my favorite NA beer on the market because it has the perfect amount of hops, tastes like real beer, and has super fun packaging, too. I also love that it’s low-calorie and can be found at a bunch of grocery stores near me.

Available at Amazon ($30 for 12-pack) | Also available at Athletic Brewing

Athletic Brewing Co. Free Wave | Best Non-Alcoholic IPAs

Athletic Brewing Co. Free Wave

This hazy IPA is a great nonalcoholic beer to rival the rest. It’s a full-bodied, booze-free craft beer that features notes of amarillo, mosaic, and citra hops. I would say that this one isn’t as hoppy as the Run Wild IPA, nor does it have as much malt flavor. That being said, it still does have a nice kick to it. Another great non-alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing Co. is the golden wheat Upside Dawn. It’s not an IPA, but I think it’s worth mentioning its deliciousness!

Available at Amazon ($30 for 12-pack) | Also available at Athletic Brewing

Partake Brewing IPA

Partake Brewing IPA

This is the first beer that Partake Brewing ever created, and it’s a good one. It contains citrus, cascade, and amarillo hops, and has some notes of grapefruit. The best part, though? This pick is only 10 calories per can! They also have a great pale ale that’s worth a try, too.

Available at Amazon ($30 for 12-pack) | Also available at Partake

Lagunitas IPNA

Lagunitas IPNA

The Lagunitas IPNA is very delicious and almost tastes tea-like. I also love that this pick comes in a bottle—it really makes me feel like I’m drinking a real beer and “enjoying one with the boys” lol. However, it’s definitely not cheap at almost $5 per bottle. But truthfully, I will pay anything to keep myself sober. Including splurging on non-alcoholic beverages.

Available at Amazon ($28 for 6-pack) | Also available at Lagunitas

Brooklyn Brewery Special Effects Non-Alcoholic IPA

Brooklyn Brewery Special Effects Non-Alcoholic IPA

First of all, we need to talk about how cool this can looks. I’m obsessed with the retro, trippy vibe of the packaging. This full-strength pick has a bright, citrusy flavor to it, and is under 100 calories. One of the downsides of the Brooklyn Brewery Special Effects Non-Alcoholic IPA is that it’s a bit difficult to find. I think they carry it at my local Trader Joe’s, but they are always out of stock.

Available at Brooklyn Brewery ($13 for 6-pack)

Brewdog 24 Mixed Non-Alcoholic Pack

Brewdog 24 Mixed Non-Alcoholic Pack

Okay, so this pack comes with four different NA beer flavors, which includes the Hazy IPA.This pick is super hoppy, has a very light color, and contains cascade, citra, mosaic, and simcoe malts. Note that I’ve never actually seen this pick sold in stores, so I’m not sure where you could purchase it if not online. This 24-pack has a bunch of great reviews on Amazon and might be a great starter kit for anyone interested in trying out non-alcoholic beers for the first time.

Available at Amazon ($49 for 24-pack) | Also available at Brewdog

Hop WTR

Hop WTR

Technically this pick is not a non-alcoholic IPA. However, these “waters” from Hop Wtr have such a distinctive hoppy taste to them, and actually do contain hops in the ingredients. Featuring azacca, citra, mosaic, and amarillo hops, these waters will remind you of your favorite alcoholic beers, without any calories or sugar. Plus, if you’re not wanting to contain any amount of alcohol, even if it is less than 0.5%, this Hop Wtr is a great option for you.

Available at Amazon ($33 for 12-pack) | Also available at Hop Wtr

Samuel Adams Just The Haze Non-Alcoholic IPA

Samuel Adams Just The Haze Non-Alcoholic IPA

This NA IPA from Sam Adams includes citra, mosaic, sabro, and cascade hops and tastes like your favorite summertime IPA. It’s a little bit harder to find, and contains a bit more calories than other NA beers on the market (with 98 calories per can), but tastes light and refreshing and has fun packaging, too.

Available at Amazon ($30 for 6-pack) | Also available at Samuel Adams

Two Roads Brewing Non-Alcoholic Juicy IPA

Two Roads Brewing Non-Alcoholic Juicy IPA

With just a touch of bitterness, this non-alcoholic IPA has both tropical and citrus flavors packed into a can. It only contains 70 calories, tastes light but hoppy, and comes from a small brewery in Stratford, Connecticut. The biggest downside of this

Available at Two Roads Brewing

Gruvi IPA Non-Alcoholic Beer

Gruvi IPA Non-Alcoholic Beer

Don’t be fooled by the seltzer-looking packaging—this pick tastes just as flavorful as your favorite alcoholic IPA. I love that this pick only has 60 calories and is gluten-reduced, too. Plus, the Gruvi IPA Non-Alcoholic Beer has pretty good reviews on Amazon and comes in at $2.50 per can.

Available at Amazon ($30 for 12-pack) | Also available at Get Gruvi
